  • Organize board meetings/management meetings/business reports and other meetings, ensure Chairman's meeting instructions are effectively implemented.
  • Assist Chairman in the review of the company's strategic planning/business objectives/business plans/investment and financing projects, put forward constructive comments and suggestions, track the implementation process and results.
  • According to the company's development strategies, formulated implementation plans, organize and coordinate internal and external resources, promote the project in an orderly manner.
  • Master the overall business information and organizational status of the company, provide timely and effective reference information for Chairman to make various decisions.
  • Collect and sort out macro policies, regulatory changes and industry information related to the company's development for Chairman's reference, put forward constructive comments and suggestions, work with Chairman and strategy center to formulate and implement strategic plans.
  • Assist Chairman in various public relations and business activities, deal with external matters related to the Company under the authority of Chairman.
  • Drafting and reviewing major information disclosure and public reports about the company and Chairman.
  • Other work within the scope of responsibilities.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree and above, major in statistics, marketing, business analysis.
  • More than 10 years of corporate strategy development or business analysis work experiences, preferred experience in startup company.
  • More than 3 years of team management experiences.
  • Internet/mobile Internet/e-commerce/new media industry or Tech Start-up related work experiences.
  • Have advanced enterprise management concept and strategy formulation ability.
  • Be able to find the problems in the business and promote the solution of problems.
  • Have user thinking, pay attention to user experience and customer feeling.
  • Follow the company's value-oriented principle, in line with the company's corporate culture values.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese to deal with China’s associates.
