Responsibilities:
- Shipping Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and airway bills) according to daily schedules for outbound shipments.
- Document Control: Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and comply with regulations and company standards.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate import shipment documentation with forwarders to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse.
- Communication: Serve as the main contact for shipping inquiries and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to discrepancies, shipment delays, or damages.
- Process Improvements: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance shipment management efficiency.
- Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports on shipping and operations.
Requirements:
- Familiar with standard shipping documents and terminology
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
