• Design and implement strategic business plans that expand company’s global client base and future growth potentials
• Interpret and analyse client requirements into business model architecture.
• Devise innovative and unconventional solutions to bridge customer demands and quantitative-based product designs.
• Identify global new markets in terms of geographic access and multi-lingual marketing, with a focus in building open communities from ground-up.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with global partners including financial institutions and fintech companies.
• Prepared for challenges of a 24/7 market which may at times require odd-hours or weekend commitments.
Qualifications:
• Minimum degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree & above, with managerial disciplines such as Finance, Management or related fields. An MBA degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of prior experience in financial industry or FinTech start-up, with team management experience. Proven global mobility record in different geographic locations is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English is a must. Mandarin is a bonus, for effectively communication both internally and with all levels of clients’ organization
• Advanced knowledge of business management, strategic planning, and online business users growth
• Advanced knowledge of financial risk management, with a focus in large financial institutions or multinational conglomerates
• Exceptional project management and organisation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership
• Proven ability to prioritize workload, make systematic and logical decisions under pressure
• Possess an entrepreneurial ‘can do’ mindset, able to work in a start-up environment
• Team player with high degree of integrity.
