Accounts & HR Assistant
Working Day: Mon to Fri
Working Time: 9am - 6:45pm or 8:30am - 6:15pm
Location: Bedok
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input and process completed purchases in the accounting system, after matching and validating suppliers’ invoices, purchase orders and other supporting documents.
- Process and prepare payments by cheque/TT/GIRO to vendors.
- Consolidate and prepare petty cash payments monthly.
- Handle all enquiries relating to AP and prepare payment voucher
- Update and maintain master record of vendors in the accounting system.
- Reconcile AP Creditors Accounts in GL.
- Update leasing and hire purchase schedules.
- Prepare the provisions, accruals, prepayments and clearing accounts monthly.
- Process month-end closing of AP module in accounting system.
- Generate monthly AP reports.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Assist in preparation of audit schedules.
- Handle banking matters.
- Provide effective HR Business partnering support to all staff in HR matters and issues.
- Effectively utilize carbonate to record, update employees’ data.
- Maintain employees’ data and files and ensure they are kept up to date.
- Provide support on the administration of new work pass, documents submission, verification of documents.
- Prepare documents and appointment letters for onboarding and off boarding.
- Assist in the organizing of staff events and ordering of hampers.
- Assist to collate data for Group Insurance renewal.
- Assist on ad-hoc duties / projects as requested by the Director and COO.
