Store Manager trainee (Fashion Clothing)

• Work Location : Orchard
• Salary: Basic S$2,600 (Probation) &
• S$ 2,600 - 2,800 (Confirmation)
• Working Hours : 5 days (2 full shift & 3 normal shift)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year retail experience
• Diploma or Degree in Retail/Business/Marketing/Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily store operations to learn every procedure, answering calls and correspondence
• Managing staff schedules
• Developing strategies to increase sales and boost customer satisfaction
• Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
