We are looking for an educator to shape the future of education and therapy through urban farming and horticulture. You will be exposed to a wide range of clients, from pre-schoolers, to people with special needs, and corporate audiences. You will be working closely with our dedicated and resourceful team of educators in empowering Singaporeans to grow their own food.
This role entails:
1. Planning and executing gardening-based programmes and workshops.
2. Developing and curating urban farming curriculum.
3. Managing multiple education projects, assisting with activation of event spaces for education purposes.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualities:
1. Strong command of a 2nd language (spoken and read) a bonus.
2. Strong interest in teaching an advantage.
3. Early childhood experience a bonus.
4. Interested in horticulture or agriculture.
5. Enjoys working outdoors and doesn’t mind getting dirty.
6. Adaptable; thrives in fast-paced environments.
We are hiring part-timers for this position. Part-time Educators will be required to work 22 hours a week. This role requires work on weekends and PH from time to time. We have a friendly culture and welcome folks from all walks of life!
