Admin Assistant

Harvest Chain Pte. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in negotiating and purchasing materials from local suppliers
  • Coordinate with vendors on delivery schedules
  • Maintain and manage proper document filing (eg. Payment Vouchers, Purchase Orders)
  • Verifying of data and documents
  • Handling of incoming calls and data entry
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE or ‘O’ level qualifications
  • No experience needed but relevant working experience, preferably in the construction industry, would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (5-day work week)
