Architect
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Days: 5-day work from Monday to Friday
Working hours : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Salary : $5000-5800
Responsibilities:
- Assume leadership and managerial roles within the project team to successfully accomplish projects within specified timelines, budgetary constraints, and in adherence to client and regulatory stipulations.
- Oversee the simultaneous management of multiple projects from the inception of the design phase to the ultimate completion of the projects.
- Ensure that the existing operational procedures of the project team align with the established company standards while also identifying opportunities for enhancements.
- Foster and nurture positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders to foster enduring collaborations.
- Provide support in the acquisition of new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or possess accreditation with SILA.
- Proficient in utilizing various software including AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Enscape.
