Job Description
► Office Hour, 8.00am - 5.30pm
► Office Location - Islandwide
► Basic up to $7000 + AWS + VB
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering patient-centre and compassionate care according to patients' needs
- Coordinate the care of patient through advising physician, provide direct patient care, evaluate patient conditions
- Monitor, reassess and evaluate patient's condition in implementing care plan for the patient
- Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Experience working in hospital or hospice setting preferred
- Experience in oncology / palliative care / geriatrics / gerontology will be an added advantage
