Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Operations Intern to join our team in Singapore. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of blockchain and Web3 technologies. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams, supporting various initiatives to help drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including managing social media channels and content creation.
- Basic video editing skills using video editing software like Veed and CapCut are essential
- Support the planning and production of content for Web3 audiences, helping to bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3 users.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the blockchain space.
- Operations:
- Assist in the coordination of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes within the team.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress, updating timelines, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Support ecommerce operations by managing listings, running campaigns and handling customer inquiries
- Web3/Blockchain:
- Assist in managing an outsourced team to curate and upkeep a catalog of Web3 products tailored to appeal to global audiences.
- Support in the planning, research, development and execution of innovative solutions that leverage blockchain for real-world applications, particularly in digital goods and asset tokenization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Web3 space, sharing insights and learnings with the team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor degree
- Strong interest in Web3, blockchain technology, and the evolving digital landscape.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for learning and exploring new ideas.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web3 principles is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
