Job Description:
- Identifying areas of growth, developing and executing initiatives to drive improvement and commercial impact
- Liaising closely with local market commercial teams and regional stakeholders, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to address the key issues and develop actionable solutions
- Understanding marketing, business development and other commercial key objectives and critical success levers and continuously optimising strategies, designs, reporting and planning processes
- Working tactfully to inspire faster adoption of planning and execution best practices as a result of the project outcomes
- Monitoring on-going internal and competitive business trends to perform in-depth internal and market analysis and competitive landscape benchmarking for overall business strategies
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-performing organisations in B2C internet/e-Commerce industry
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing regional stakeholders in multiple geographical markets to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in complex project management
