Part-Time Retail Assistant (Senior-Friendly!), Work just 2 to 6 days!
Join leading TCM stores in Singapore as a retail assistant! We're looking for valued team members who are driven and experienced in customer service to help with sales and day-to-day tasks in stores.
Job Details:
- We're Senior Friendly! (65 and above are welcome to apply)
- Locations: Paya Lebar, Pasir Ris (near MRT)
- Flexible Work: Choose 2 to 6 days a week (Mon - Sun)
- Shift: 10 am to 10 pm (5 hour shifts)
- Expected rate: ~S$10-11/ hr before CPF, paid monthly
- Additional CPF, Medical Benefits, etc. is provided
- 1-year permanent part-time contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service in-store/ recommend products for their needs
- Help to upsell memberships and test new products
- Work as a team to achieve store sales targets!
- Manage customer feedback/ complaints well
- Maintain upkeep of store and replenish products
- Help ensure adequate stock levels
- Help handle POS/ cashiering activities (if any)
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans/ SPR
- Min. 1 year retail experience
- Passion for the retail industry
- Good team player!
Able to speak and read simple English will be good (cust svc.)
