Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing and preparing documents for site
- Update machinery, equipment and material list
- Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents
- Preparation of report, Method Statements and technical submissions
- Prepare job completion record and progress claims
- Petty cash Reconciliation
- Assist in Purchase for site and issue PO
- Other ad hoc job by Superior
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level / Diploma in any field
- Fresh Polytechnic Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills are crucial
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (Printers, scanners, etc)
- Willingness to learn
