We are looking for suitable Customer Service Agent working on rotational shifts to support their needs at Seletar Airport.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

- Perform check-in procedures at the counter.
- Attend to customers' queries in person.
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Provide a top-notch customer experience.
- Assist with ushering duties as required.
- Support other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
