Oversee Daily operations: Manage the day to day activities of the laundry facility, ensuring efficient processing and quality control.
Supervise staff: Lead and direct people on their role and responsibility
Safety protocols: Implement and enforce safety procedures to protect employees and prevent accidents
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and ensure consumer satisfaction
Continuous improvement: Analyse processes, identify areas of improvement and implement changes in the existing work area.
Inventory management: Manage supples, linens and uniforms optimizin inventory levels
Need to work overtime to handle emergency delivery
Worktime 7 AM to 9PM. shift work and overtime
