Job Description:
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in various administrative and HR-related tasks. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience and insight into the HR operations of a growing company. You will work closely with the HR team to assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and other HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process for new hires.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Manage employee records and documentation.
Payroll and Administration:
- Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Managing any other HR-related tasks such as employee insurance, employee records management, documentation, filing, and other duties
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
