Job details:
- Perform general logistics activities such as receiving inbound shipments, put-away, picking/packing/labelling, export and releasing outbound shipments accurately
- Prepare shipping documents (delivery notes & invoices) accurately to customers
- Send customers notification of delivery and invoicing
- Use cost effective methods of delivery
- Involved in quarter-end stock take activity
- Upkeep the cleanliness of the air-conditioned store and packing area
Job requirement:
- Experienced in booking courier services
- Experienced in packing & unpacking
- Experienced in preparing shipping documents (Proforma Invoice, Delivery Notes, etc)
- Experienced in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel)
- Experience in Microsoft Business Central will be a plus
- Experienced in doing stock count
Salary and job package will commensurate with experience.
