Job Descriptions :
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Support compensation and benefits, annual bonus salary review, budget planning processes, talent cycle
- Support in monthly CPF submissions, NS claims, government claims, filing of tax submission, and any other payroll-related matter
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, support all HR related survey
- Administer employee’s work injury related issues and all other insurance matters
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
- Coordinate company events and meetings.
- Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by Senior Management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Computing – Advanced MS Office and payroll software.
- Understands recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and relevant regulations from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Good knowledge of Employment Act & MOM regulations
- Familiar with HR software - INFOTECH
