M&E Manager/Up to $7000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers,
and BIM modellers.
· Liaise with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
· Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
· To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E
work with consultants and subcontractors
· On-site supervision of work progress
· Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
· Assist in finalising accounts of MYE Sub-contractors
REQUIREMENTS:
· Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
· At least eight (8) years of relevant exp(erience as M&E Manager in large scale projects is an advantage

· Location: Balestier
· Working Days/Hours: 6 days 8am to 530pm
· Salary: Up to $7000 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
