Job Responsibilities:
· Create a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and colleagues.
· Oversee front-desk operations, including redirecting phone calls and handling inquiries.
· Manage courier bookings, receive and distribute deliveries, and coordinate mail distribution and absence coverage.
· Ensure the office is well-presented, maintain functional equipment, and manage pantry and stationery supplies.
· Coordinate room bookings, including catering arrangements, offering refreshments, setting up AV/video conferencing, and tidying up after meetings.
· Handle various administrative tasks, such as assisting other departments with ad-hoc projects (e.g., event coordination for Business Development, induction scheduling for Human Resources).
· Proactively identify opportunities to improve office processes and ensure efficiency.
· Provide support to the Office Manager with daily operational tasks & adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
