Job Description
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives aligned with the company's mission and vision.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient functioning across multiple dental practices, focusing on operational excellence and optimizing workflows.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement among staff to drive productivity and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to negotiate contracts, optimize service delivery, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads, coaching and developing their leadership skills to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a highperforming and motivated workforce.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
Requirement
- Min Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or any related field of study from a recognised institution
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a healthcare group setting
- Able to demonstrating successful operational management and strategic planning.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving organizational growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
