Country Head SEA, which is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in the Southeast Asia region. This role involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, financial management, and representation of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence in the SEA region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and reputation.
- Lead and manage the SEA business unit with a focus on financial viability and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business unit objectives with organizational goals.
- Take full responsibility for the business unit's Profit and Loss (P&L) performance, actively managing financial performance to achieve targets.
- Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and drive brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating profitable business units and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
