Job Descriptions
- Plan and prepare the daily production schedule for all bakery items.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all baked goods.
- Develop new recipes and refine existing ones.
- Implement and maintain high standards for food safety and hygiene.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2-3 years experience of bakery culinary.
2. Able to start as soon as possible.
3. Knowledge in baking traditional cookies like the following would be an advantage.
· Sugee cookies
· Kueh Bangkit
· Cassava cookies
