Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental services, ensuring that all equipment is delivered and set up efficiently and safely. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of carnival supply deliveries and setups
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery and collection of equipment
- Supervise the setup and teardown of event equipment on-site
- Maintain inventory and manage stock levels of rental equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to meet client requirements and expectations
- Train and supervise temporary or part-time staff for event setups
- Handle and resolve any operational issues or emergencies on-site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events
