Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- In-charge of regional sales by Analysis, develop and implement sales strategies alignment with business objectives to achieve revenue and growth goals
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to develop and expand new business opportunities
- Setting up business plans and formulating budgets, forecast and performance reports.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to excel and to meet sales target
- Any adhoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirement:
- Minium Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- At least 10 years of demonstrable working experience
- Strong sales background with proven revenue track records
- Possess good network and strong knowledge of the regional markets will be advantageous
- Good business acumen with excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide
- Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills
- Executive presence, able to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
- Strong proven analytical, conceptual and strategic skills; able to foresee the market potential and develop strategies to grow the business
