This role is designed for a duration of two months, with the potential for monthly renewals based on project needs.
As a Process Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical skills to gather data, evaluate current processes, and implement effective solutions that drive continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Gather and evaluate data from various sources to support process analysis and decision-making
- Develop actionable recommendations for process enhancements and assist in implementing changes
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand process requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Create detailed documentation of process changes, including process maps, reports, and presentations
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process changes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar role, preferably on a project basis
- Strong skills in leading and facilitating meetings to ensure productive sessions and gather necessary information for process mapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and familiarity with data analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Chinese language is advantageous for collaborating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, and knowledge of Vietnamese Language is a plus
