- In partnership with the team leader and with strong connection with stakeholders, develop the marketing 3Y innovation plans, focusing on femainie cares
- Responsible to deliver the marketing innovations and renovations including sourcing, packaging development and go-to-market toolkit.
- Support the lower strategical markets with innovations implementations. To help move fast under adopt mindset. Partner with the consumer engagement team to support these markets with communication adoption.
- Be the point of contact to consolidate and monitor the social impact initiatives across the markets
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry
- Prior experience in marketing/brand management will be an advantage
- Demonstrate potential in leadership, highly independent with strong interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate across different functions/teams
