Responsibilities
- To supervise the outlet’s operations for the best customer experience
- Interacts positively and professionally with guests, as well as to recommend and suggest and upsell specialties to guests, upsells whenever possible
- To maintain a sound knowledge of the menu and presentation standards for food and drinks
- To attend to customers’ feedback and perform service recovery
- Ensure manpower planning across multiple sections (indoor, VIP rooms, al-fresco area) with sufficient and sound scheduling (includes maintaining Attendance / PHs / ALs)
- To assist to conduct and/or follow up on training(s) for staff to meet the company’s SOPs and keeping record of internal trainings
- Ensures table and service stations ware for cleanliness and damages
- Presents bill upon request and processes payment
- Train staff in the outlet as and when necessary and plan daily and weekly side duties for staff with sound scheduling
- To perform and meet 5S, HACCP and Mystery Diners criteria
- To attend to customers’ feedback and perform service recovery
- To maintain the POS generating reports to ensure handover, closing, and opening procedures are accurate
- Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet is maintained throughout

Requirements
- To have at least relevant working experience in the F&B industry, and have a flair for F&B and is very Customer-oriented with high desire for service quality
- PC knowledge is required
- Self-motivated, willingness to learn and try new things/methods
- Independent and yet team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
