Role Purpose

Assist the Head of Credit Control in supervising executives in the monitoring and controlling of credit

risk arising from security transactions of clients and trading representatives.


Job functions & responsibilities

Recommend, review and approve trading limits of clients and Trading Representatives

Conduct analysis and review on business proposals and exception requests for Management’s

approval.

Perform portfolio analysis and stress testing

Monitor trading exposure of clients and Trading Representatives

Setting and reviewing financing parameters based on approved frameworks

Review, assess and recommend adjustments to financing parameters via periodic reviews or

market events to align with changing market conditions and regulatory requirements

Collection of deficits including liaising with external counsel on legal proceedings

Prepare management reports for routine reporting and monthly reports for Committee meetings

Assist in projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management from

time to time

Ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements, internal policies/framework and risk

management guidelines

Escalate issues that are of major concern to the Head of Credit Control


Job Requirement

  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese proficiency
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize works
  • Pleasant personality and have good communication skills
  • Relevant 5 years’ industry experience
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work with sensitive financial information
  • Good team player
