- Coordinate and assist with resolving team members issues to improve current process and increase productivity.
- Supervise and overseeing the team performance ensure the team achieves monthly retail target.
- Responsible for production ordering, shipment arrival, duty payment and warehouse storage
- Liaise with Sales team of production ordering, stock allocation, shipment arrival, duty payment, warehouse storage.
- Manage the team perform COE Bidding, upload COE details into the system.
- Allocate stock to dealer and collect vehicle deposit and full payment.
- Provide adequate support to the Sales, Aftersales, Finance team ensure efficient operation.
- Managing vehicle deposit and payment from the dealers
- Update weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide support to the Sales, Aftersales, Finance and Audit Team
- Arrange stock taking with external auditors
- Able to embrace new challenges at work
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree with 5 years of experience in administrative executive in automotive industry
- Reports to manager and assist in managing the admin team
- Proficient in MS Excel, Office, Power Point and Salesforce
