Reporting to the Facilities Management Department, you will be part of the operational team managing and providing services to the properties in the company as assigned. We are seeking for dynamic, positive, and self-motivated individuals to join our exciting and challenging group.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the facilities management of a portfolio of properties assigned.
- Review renovation plans and ensure that works are carried out in accordance to house rules and in compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Source for competitive quotes and ensure work are executed effectively after awarding to external stakeholders.
- Attend to applications, feedbacks, breakdowns and faults.
- Oversee a team of site technicians and work with them to resolve any issue that may arise.
- Handle all paperwork in relation to calling of tenders, preparation of works or purchase orders to procure regular or ad-hoc service contracts.
- Ensure daily operations comply with the regulatory safety requirement (e.g: Workplace Safety & Health Act)
- Any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in related field
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Property Management or equivalent
- Possess Fire Safety Manager Certificate will be an added advatage
- Good team written and verbal communication skills
