- Supporting Cisco Video Conference and Webex projects and tech refresh in APAC region
- Managing Conference setups and readiness test and work closely with R&D and local infra teams
- Supporting technical events of the client
- Supporting Zoom system pilot activities
- Reviewing VC room designs
- Updating APAC system inventory records
- Voice Video Systems daily health check, fault monitoring and rectification, Preventive maintenance
- Print server and fax line monitoring and rectification.
