Job Description
• Coordinate, monitor and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
• Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing
• Brief workers on work place safety regulation & safety procedures an ensure workers to follow thru
• Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to vairous division.
• Fast responds to customers' feedback and inquiries, provide good support and maintaining a good relationship with customers.
• Control and manage purchases and stock for projects.
• Identify and resolvE workplace problems.
• Any adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Architecture or equivalent. • Experience in interior/ construction an advantage. • Good interpersonal skills. • Excellent coordination and communication expertise gained through practice in the supervision of field staff. • A team player•
fast pace environment. Must possess driving license.
• Need to work late and weekends if project works require.
