Job Responsibilities
- Cooperate with R&D team to improve and optimize the product, making use of user research and data analysis to manage overseas content localization adjustments and optimization strategies.
- Skilled in identifying user needs, guiding users in creating UGC and discovering, engaging, and managing KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
- Responsible for managing the overseas beta test, including establishing and improving the frameworks and processes of overseas beta tests, results analysis and summarizing the experience of user operation in overseas regions.
- Monitor public opinion across all platforms; respond effectively to various unexpected situations and ensure positive community reputation.
Job Requirtmemnt
- Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Game Operations and experience in Game Design is preferred.
- Strong game data analysis ability, deep understanding of player behaviours on different social media channels.
