Interior Renovation
Job Description & Requirements
- To follow up with customer enquiries and follow up closely.
- Liase with the suppliers, contractors, management and relevant project authorities.
- Sales and service-orientated position with technical expertise in renovation knowledge requirements.
- Responsible for driving sales and achieving targets.
- Have knowledge of materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
- Manage project timeline and estimate project costs.
- Incharge of projects from start to handover.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Min. of Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architectural or Sales related field or equivalent.
- at least with 3 years of experience in relevant fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe based softwares (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Indesign) advantage
- Possess good behavior and is able to speak English well. Additional languages and dialects like Mandarin and Hokkien or others is a bonus.
- Problem solving solutions and eye for details
