Job Description
- Formulate the company's long-term development strategy and annual business plan, and clarify the company's vision, mission and core values. Supervise the implementation of strategic plans and ensure that each department executes efficiently in accordance with established goals. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of strategy execution and timely adjust strategies to respond to market changes.
- Build an efficient organizational structure, clarify the responsibilities and authorities of each department, and optimize the management process. Select, develop and motivate the senior management team and build a strong leadership pipeline. Create a positive corporate culture and enhance employees' sense of belonging and team cohesion.
- Monitor the company's financial status to ensure financial health. Formulate and implement financial policies, optimize capital structure, and improve capital utilization efficiency. Lead or participate in major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions and other capital operation projects.
- Analyze market dynamics, grasp industry trends, and formulate market expansion strategies. Promote product innovation and service upgrades to meet customer needs and enhance brand competitiveness. Expand new business areas, find new growth points, and promote the company's diversified development.
- Establish a complete risk management system to identify, evaluate and respond to various risks. Ensure that company operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain company reputation and brand image. Handle major crisis events, formulate emergency plans, and ensure the company's stable operations.
- Represent the company to establish good relationships with external organizations such as governments, industry associations, and media. Participate in important business activities, expand partner network, and enhance company influence.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above, management, economics, engineering and other related majors are preferred, master's degree is preferred.
- Have atleast 5 years of experience in senior corporate management, and have successfully led large enterprises or start-up companies to achieve rapid growth.
- Possess excellent strategic planning, decision-making analysis, team management and communication and coordination skills.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, a high degree of self-motivation and stress resistance, and good professional ethics and leadership.
- Be familiar with industry development trends and have keen market insight and innovation capabilities.
