Your Role:
As a Japanese Dessert & Pastry Artisan in our Central Kitchen, you'll be at the heart of our culinary operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creative Dessert Preparation: Decorate and assemble cakes with artistic flair, prepare luscious mousses, and create visually stunning dessert presentations.
- Expert Baking: Skillfully bake sponge cakes and tarts, prepare tart dough, and ensure that every dessert meets our high standards of excellence.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring a clean and organized workspace at all times.
