Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a complete understanding of Global Process Design configurations in your functional/sub-stream area.
• Work with business resources across region to identify changes between current process and Global Process Design
• Identify and share with Global Process Excellence team any opportunities in which Global Process Design may need to be enhanced to support local or specific business unit requirements.
• Work with business resources to ensure mitigation plans exist where required when Global Process Design differs from current practice
• Ensure that training documentation is adequately detailed so Super Users have accurate information for local deployment training activities.
• Support team in developing, validating, and implementing business specific use cases and test scripts.
• Clearly communicate and engage local/site personnel in preparation for deployment, including developing understanding of current practices to support deployment in cross-SBU, global environment.
• Support deployment activities with on-site support of launch.
• Assist in data cleansing, data review, and dual maintenance activities as needed for data objects like customer master, CMIR, sales orders, quotations, contracts, customer hierarchy, billing, complaints, recipes, transportation routes and carriers, and returns.
• Train Super Users to serve as trainers to rest of user population.
• Actively participate in testing cycles
Qualifications
• At least 8 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• An in-depth knowledge of functional area.
• Experience with SAP
