Job Description:
- Generate invoices to customers on timely manner
- Update Accounts Receivable (AR) Worksheets (Sales, Service & Export) - inputs daily invoices and receipts
- Bank in cheque/cash received from customers
- Data entry of Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices and receipts to Sage system
- Responsible for the monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) reporting including AR ageing and sales related reports
- Liaise with customers regarding Monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA)
- Data entry of delivery orders (Door Shipment) for the recognition of revenue into the Sage system
- Prepare journal entries for Accounts Receivable (AR) related matters in month-end closing
- Work closely with sales and service teams to resolve all issues pertaining to progress claims, invoices and collection matters
- Assist in data entry of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and payments
- Assist in monthly audit schedules
- repare GST working schedule (output tax)
- Assist in half-year and year-end group reporting
- Liaise with auditors on AR related matters
- Prepare Warranty Certificate
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements :
- Possesses minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Professional qualification in accounting
- 2 years of related working experince
- Possess good attitude, meticulous, proactive and a good team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Words
- Working knowledge of Sage 300
- Good in Excel
