- Serve as the deputy to the General Manager, capable of fully, independently, and efficiently performing the responsibilities of this role.
- Responsible for business negotiations and project execution within the scope of assigned responsibilities, and manage all related tasks comprehensively.
- Assist the General Manager in the planning, formulation, implementation, and supervision of strategic projects.
Support the General Manager in operational management to enhance the company’s management levels.
- Actively participate in significant company decisions and continuously drive efficient company operations.
- Complete all assessment tasks assigned by the company, and improve the operational performance of the assigned business areas.
- Regardless of the position, give appropriate advice to the surrounding staff/co –worker and contribute to the development of organizational members.
