We are looking for a Senior / Quality Manager to lead the quality team and manage the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for Measurement Solutions Business Unit. The role will be fully responsible for driving the processes and standards to ensure smooth operations of the plant and the metrology lab. This role will have the full quality responsibility for 2 Singapore sites while providing support to the Asia Pacific Quality organization.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Coordinate the development, review and maintenance of quality programs, systems, ISO 9001 standards, processes, and procedures.

· Develop audit plan and lead a team of internal auditors to support all internal, external, agency, customer & supplier audits execution (onsite & off-site) as need arises.

· Handle external 3rd party product type audits, product approvals and ensure all certifications are maintained and renewed annually.

· Schedule and performs quality audits and report findings to internal partners, develop Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensures timely resolution of findings.

· Collaborate with multi-functional teams to initiate CI projects to drive simplification, digitization, fix process gaps, reduce Cost of Quality (COQ) and quality defects.

· To lead, train, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), review and drive effective implementation of CAPA.

· Meet internal & external customers’ quality requirements and resolves any customer feedbacks and complaints, quality related matters through close partnership with diverse teams located regionally & globally.

· Responsible for product failure analysis. Work closely with global & regional quality teams to identify failure modes and drive process improvements.

· Develop, supervise, and review Quality dashboards and meet Quality important metrics. Responsible for successful roll out and support of Asia Pacific quality programs, events, and initiatives.

· Deliver Quality training based on organization’s needs. Familiar with ISO 9001 standard requirements, Lean, Kaizen or 6 Sigma methodologies.

· Provide support on quality related reports or documentation as required by internal team, customers, and regulatory agencies.

· Lead any other projects, activities and responsibilities as advised by the supervisor.

· Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone.

Who You Are:

You work with people to establish explicit performance standards. You recognize that demonstrating each team member’s outstanding background and perspective is essential to achieving team goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:

· Minimum of 8 years of Quality experience in a Manufacturing industry.

· ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor qualified.

· Knowledgeable and experience with National & International codes and Product Approval certifications & audits which includes but not limited to CCC, ATEX, IECEX, BV, FM, CSA, DNV, UL etc.

· Great teammate with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Highly analytical and possess strong planning & organizing skills.

· Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

· Any relevant field in Mechanical, Electronic & Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain.

· ISO/IEC 80079-34/ TS/ISO 29001, ISO 14001, 45001 and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) experience or certifications are added advantage.

· 6 sigma/ Lean qualification is an added advantage.

· People or team management experience is a plus.
