Job Responsibilities:
- Foster a learning-oriented company culture.
- Identify training needs aligned with business objectives.
- Design and deliver effective training programs using industry best practices.
- Manage training schedules, including onboarding new employees.
- Create communication plans to promote training initiatives and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement digital learning solutions.
- Measure training effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance training offerings.
- Manage day-to-day training operations and continuously improve processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5-8 years in instructional design, eLearning, and L&D for mid-to-large organizations.
- Proficiency in learning management systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- ACTA certification is a plus, especially with experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
