Summary:
The Restaurant Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of the restaurant. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

- Staff Leadership and Management:Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

- Financial Oversight:Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget, including controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory, and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
