Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Cutover Plans:
Create and implement a detailed cutover plan in alignment with global template guidelines.
- Manage Cutover Process:
Oversee the end-to-end cutover process including planning, dry runs, and reporting.
- Facilitate Cross-Team Communication:
Ensure effective communication across teams, and manage status reporting related to project health, risk, and issue mitigation from a cutover perspective.
- Lead Regional and Site Readiness Teams:
Coordinate and lead all regional cutover and site readiness teams, working closely with the People Readiness Team and the Global Cutover Lead.
- Provide Guidance and Support:
Offer expertise and support to the team on process execution and cutover activities.
- Develop Deployment Approach:
Formulate and manage the deployment approach for processes, considering dependencies, infrastructure complexity, geographical footprint, and end-user needs.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive organizational view of technology deployment.
- Facilitate Communication with Leadership:
Provide regular updates and facilitate communication with project leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP cutover management, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Minimum of 10 years of validated experience in deploying complex and standardized business processes across global organizations.
- Previous experience in global system implementations is preferred.
- Project Management:
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale, global projects in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Proven track record of successful project execution and risk management.
