Our marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead the strategy and execution of content across our social media channels. You’ll play a key role in driving our social media growth and engagement, and supporting content marketing efforts when needed.

Job description:
- Social Media Strategy and Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of our social media strategy. This includes content creation, scheduling, community management, and platform-specific strategies to maximise engagement and reach across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Content Creation: Craft creative and compelling platform-specific content that resonates with our audience, including posts, stories, videos, and live sessions. You'll be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Content Marketing Support: As part of the content marketing team, support with the creation and curation of written content from our global dialogue sessions, insights, and reports for blogs, EDMs, newsletters, and websites, as needed.
- Performance analysis and reporting: Conduct regular performance analysis, utilising data-driven insights to refine our social media strategy, increase reach and engagement, and maximise ROI.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in social media management. Experience in Financial Services or FinTech is a plus.
- Must have had hands on experience managing and growing social media channels in an inhouse capacity.
- Proven track record developing successful social media strategies and content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- An ability to create and curate compelling high-value content with a knack for transforming long-form reports, insights and sessions into engaging, easy-to-digest platform-specific content to maximise engagement and reach.
- An innovative and strategic thinker who can generate fresh ideas and craft creative content that resonates with our global audience.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- An interest and understanding of the FinTech and Financial Services industry and the digital economy, its trends and key players is preferred, but not a prerequisite.
