Job Description:
- Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations of the finance team in directly the full spectrum of the accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate statutory, monthly management reporting
- Monitor all receivables and payables balances, including ageing analysis
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and audit schedule
- Prepare and maintain periodic cash flow forecast
- Audit – Work alongside company’s auditor for statutory annual audit
- GST – Submission of quarterly GST return to IRAS
- knowledge of full set is an added advantage
Requirements:
- Must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years working experiences
- Meticulous
- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in FMCG businesses is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Accounting Software Oracle Netsuite or NAV is an added advantage
