Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement compliance policies and guidelines specific to Singapore International School
- Conduct regular audits to find and fix compliance issues
- Set up systems to monitor and report compliance issues and violations
- Act as the Management Representative for CPE EduTrust
- Organize reports and documents for CPE EduTrust and ERF requirements
- Assist with academic accreditations like CIS/WASC/CAIE/IB
- Coordinate with authorities to get necessary licenses, permits, and certifications
- Serve as Data Protection Officer (DPO) and ensure compliance with Singapore's PDPA
- Conduct audits for PDPA compliance
- Develop and implement PDPA policies and procedures
- Handle data breaches and respond to PDPA inquiries
- Provide training to employees on data protection responsibilities
- Coordinate Parent and Student Surveys
- Keep up-to-date with local and international laws and standards related to education, immigration, employment, health, safety, and data protection
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in Education Industry with PEI environment
- Knowledge of Singapore’s PDPA
- Experience and knowledge in ISO, Auditing, CIS, WASC, IB, EduTrust and CPE requirements is an advantage
- Knowledge in using Data Analytics for auditing is preferred
