Responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Monitoring costs and managing project budgets
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
- Organizing work on construction sites
- Liaising with architects, surveyors, and builders
- Ensuring adequate staffing, machinery, and materials for the project
- Safety and Compliance
- Implementing safety protocols on the construction site
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
- Good team player
