Position: Front of House Representative
Role Overview:
As a Front of House Representative at UFIT, you will be the face of our brand, embodying our values of excellence, warmth, and professionalism. You will play a pivotel role in ensuring that every visitor and staff member experiences the highest level of service from the moment they step through our dooors.
Responsibilities:
Your duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Admin/Front Desk duties, including meeting and greeting, manning the desk assist members and non-members with the app and other enquiries, tours, etc.
- Managing emails, telephone calls, bookings and other enquiries
- Maintain client appointments and accounts, collect payments.
- Maintain Daily accounts, Opening/Closing procedures
- Work closely with the fitness team and help manage class scheduling
- Support all wellness activations, campaigns, events, etc.
- Work closely with the cleaning team around towel management and cleaning task checks.
- Assist in reporting.
- Assist in managing and ordering of stock for retail, towels, stationery, etc.
- Give members and non-members the best experience possible.
- Help ensure the facility is safe for all users.
- Other duties as required.
