PROJECT COORDINATOR

Pts Technologies Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

Assist in project planning, defining scope and maintaining project schedules.


Work with Sales Team, Purchasing, Prodction operation, to review Scheduling and Planning meetings, events, or project tasks, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and available.


Coordinate planning and scheduling of preventive mantenance tasks, ensuring timely

dispatch to customers.


Maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders and reports.

Developing effective programs, overseeing activities and details, and measuring overall success Managing various administrative tasks, tracking the budget, and ensuring that the program meets company goals.


Maintaining project documentation, such as reports and plans, controlling schedules, and assigning tasks to team members.


Ensure that all projects run smoothly.


Other related duties as and when arises in the company.



Requirments


Proficiency in MS Excel, word and basic computer skills.

GCE "O" level or Diploma Holder.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

To be able to work in fast paced environment and a team player.
